Can I pay by
Check?
Yes, enclose your check with the order form and mail
it to
Fulton Square. Your order will be held for 10 days for check clearance. Money
orders and credit card orders are shipped within 5 working days.

Who
pays shipping cost?
The customer is responsible for the shipping charges. The charges are based
on a minimum charge of $4.95 plus .52 a pound. These cost only apply to the continental
USA and standard delivery times.
All
other shipping methods and areas are subject to additional charges.

When
will my credit card be charge?
Your credit card will be charged on the day your order is
shipped. Not Before. The exception to this policy is when have an special order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Discounts
Fulton Square offers discounts which require a Code to be
place in the comments section of
the Shopping Cart Order Form. The Unit Price and the Total Cost of the items
order will not show the discount

are Fulton Square parts Finished?
Fulton Square parts are finished with a baked on weather resistant
polyester epoxy coating to withstand the elements.

Hard wax, consistent scent, proper sized wick, and
attention to detail. Fulton Square candles are made to these requirements.

can I expect my order to be shipped?
Fulton Square's goal is to ship all items within 5 working days
after receipt of an order or on the requested ship date.

return an unwanted item?
Yes, if the item has not been damage or used you may returned it by prepaying the freight. We will charge you a 10% restocking fee. The
balance will be refunded to you.

happens when a part is back ordered?
When a part is backordered, it will appear on your invoice as
such. We will ship the part to you as soon as it becomes available and invoice
you when it is shipped.
