We strive to reasonable and fair in all
transactions. Reading and following these guidelines will help us
both avoid misunderstandings.
New Accounts
We welcome new accounts and offer several methods
of establishing an account with us.
1. Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Easiest
and fastest method. No processing delays or C.O.D. fees.
2. C.O.D. UPS orders only. Normal UPS freight
& C.O.D. fee. We will tag only one carton.
3. Open Accounts with approved credit. We will
ship your order on account after credit is approved. Note: Many
companies take several weeks to respond to a written inquiry.
Please provide six complete trade references with addresses,
phone, and fax information. We would rather not delay your order
due to a third party.
Payment Terms: Open accounts
with established credit: 1/2% 10, Net 30. A 1 1/2% service charge
will be added on past due accounts.
Freight Terms: F.O.B. our
factory. Kewanna, In 46939. The Customer pays freight. UPS charges
will be added to bill. LTL freight will be shipped Freight
Collect.
Breakage or Shortage: We pack
your orders with great care. Damages, lost or shorted shipments
are the responsibility of the motor carrier. Check each shipment
for damage or shortage before signing the freight bill. Damage or
shortage should be noted on the freight bill or delivery receipt.
If concealed damage is found, notify the carrier to verify your
claim. Valid claims for damage must be reported within ten (10)
days from receipt of shipment. Failure to report damage or
shortage is the customer's responsibility. Please contact us if
you need help with the claim.
Returns: Return of defective
merchandise is permitted with prior factory approval, after
factory R.G.A. (Return Goods Authorization) is issued. Return of
slow moving, seasonal or obsolete merchandise is not permitted.
Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid.
Refused Shipment: A 10%
restocking charge in addition to freight charges will will added
to all orders.
Back Orders & Split Orders:
We strive to ship all orders complete. To expedite delivery,
However, we do sometimes ship your orders in sections, in this
instance we will only invoice you for the items shipped - so all
invoices will be complete. Please specify if you would like your
orders shipped complete.
